一、对外事务高级经理

岗位职责:

1、生态环保政策研究。收集、整理生态环保相关业务领域的政策动态,分析政策需求;

2、业务平台综合管理。借助国内外多样化的业务平台提升影响力,拓展业务机会;

3、外部关系开发维护。开发、维护重要外部关系,保持顺畅的沟通与信息流动。

基础资质:

1、工作10年以上,硕士及以上学历,环境、生态相关领域专业背景;

2、了解生态保护行业及产业形势,熟悉政府工作思路,有政策制定、政策研究经验或相关成果者优先;

3、满足上述要求的工作实践及案例;

能力要求:

1、工作认真、严谨,执行力强;

2、思路清晰、有逻辑,有良好的报告撰写及展示能力;

3、性格开朗,沟通、协调能力强,有良好的活动组织能力;

4、优秀的英文听说读写能力;

5、熟练使用office办公系列软件,PowerPoint技能好。


二、新媒体运营官员

【岗位职责】

1、负责大自然保护协会(TNC)社会化媒体渠道内容运营,包括日常内容编辑、发布、维护、互动以及线上活动的策划、执行;

2、撰写或编辑各种宣传材料。包括:项目进展、科普及品牌的各类宣传、广告等文案的撰写与分发;

3、相关短视频内容的编辑、制作与内容分发;

4、制定新媒体运营目标,规划运营策略、实现品牌成长;

5、其它市场传播部及项目支持工作

【基础资质】

学士以上学位,以及两年以上相关领域工作经验。

在以下一个或多个领域有写作经验:新闻通讯稿,杂志文章,年报,网络文章/故事;政策解读,宣传册,提案,简报和视频剪辑多媒体演示等。有同时协调完成多个项目的工作经验。

【所需知识和技能】

1、学士及以上学位,2年以上行业内岗位经验,或4年以上工作经验;

2、了解新媒体,各新媒体平台忠实用户和深度研究者优先,对于新媒体的宣传推广有清晰的思路和丰富的经验;

3、文字功底深厚,能独立承担活动、及内容选题、策划、写稿工作;阅读广泛,采集、整合资料能力强;

4、具有良好的沟通和协调计划能力、品牌市场推广企划组织实施能力;

5、有较强的数据分析能力,有优秀的文案写作能力,优秀的信息采编整 合能力,熟悉网络推广

6、热爱新媒体,熟练使用微博、微信、视频类等社交媒体工具;热爱并擅长社区运作;

7、较强的英文读写能力,英文六级或以上。


三、Corporate Engagement Senior Manager

YOUR POSITION WITH TNC

The Senior Manager of Corporate Engagement is to take functional responsibility to engage with internal teams and our external business partners or potentials, which is to support corporate practice ideas generation, consultative design and project development, as well as final implementation and deliverables.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The Senior Manager will work towards meeting the strategic priorities of Corporate Engagement function by developing and coordinating tactics for approaching new potential opportunities, designing, developing and implementing the corporate practice projects and activities, s/he will serve as the technical lead on our external and internal engagement activities, and manage guidelines and analyze technical information to support project process, achieve results, improve workflow, and solve problems.

The Senior Manager must be a subject matter expert in at least 1 area of TNC scientific offerings on multiple sustainability topics, s/he would apply knowledge, sustainability best practices and performance standards to mitigate environmental impact and optimize the value of nature. The Senior Manager will also be managing support, performing literature review, designing communications and developing ideas with internal and external partners and stakeholders, helping them to understand and structure their approach to tackling complex environmental challenges.

The Senior Manager will assist to develop corporate practice concept, modify processes, and participate in the enhancement of systems and tools used by the team where appropriate. S/he will keep up-to-date on market trends and best practices in order to improve services. The Senior Manager works in close cooperation with any or all of the following: Internally - Corporate Engagement team, Conservancy staff and supporting functional teams; Externally - corporate partners & stakeholders, donors, Trustees and vendors (professional service providers). Together with Corporate Engagement team, s/he will provide advice, recommendation and training related to the functional area of the team and/or external partners. S/he will support Corporate Engagement Director to manage diverse tasks, analyze situations, evaluate alternatives, project outcomes, and implement solutions in order to improve effectiveness, and create greater impact for TNC China/TNC global.

RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE

•Accountability for technical aspect of strategic goals, strategy and planning related to corporate practice.

•Provision of technical and strategic support to the selection and implementation of sustainability best practices, incl. third-party standards and rating systems; structured decision making.

•Act independently and in supervisor’s stead as needed, exercise independent judgment to identify and solve problems.

•Demonstrate sensitivity in handling confidential information.

•Develop and implement new initiatives that will ensure country level and organization-wide goals and strategies are achieved.

•Ensure programmatic commitments, TNC policies and procedures, financial standards, and legal requirements are met and managed for compliance.

•Financial responsibility includes assisting with the development of a budget, working within a budget, and negotiating and contracting with partners, vendors and other stakeholders.

•Managing and implementing multiple projects, including managing budget, setting deadlines and ensuring accountability.

•May manage or participate in complex negotiations.

•May supervise one or more administrative or professional staff, responsibility includes training and professional development.

•Travel occasionally, work long and flexible hours as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

•Bachelor’s degree and 5 years related experience or equivalent combination.

•Experience managing and implementing multiple projects.

•Experience supervising staff, interns, and/or volunteers.

•Experience negotiating agreements.

•Experience with current and evolving technology in relevant field.

•Experience working with cross-functional teams.

•Experience, coursework, or other training in principles and practices of relevant field.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

•Bachelor’s degree in environment related subjects and 7 years related experience or equivalent combination.

•Advanced experience and knowledge in environmental consulting

•Advanced knowledge in current and evolving technology related to field of experience.

•Proficient in interpreting guidelines and manipulating, analyzing, and interpreting data.

•Successful experience designing and implementing strategic program goals.

•With certain business development acumen.

•Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience appreciated.

•Ability to manage and implement complex processes.

•Ability to work in partnership with others in a collaborative role.

•Demonstrated ability to conceive and write creatively for various audiences.

•Knowledge of current and evolving trends in the specific field, preferably in a non-profit environment.

•Strong organization, planning, and problem-solving skills.
